Our small group reformer sessions are limited to just five participants to ensure high-quality instruction and individual attention within a motivating group environment. These sessions are thoughtfully structured to build strength, improve mobility, enhance posture, and develop core control using the reformer and supportive props. Suitable for a range of experience levels, the class offers a balanced, full-body workout while maintaining a personalized feel in a fun, supportive setting.
