By enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before participating.
1. General
• These terms and conditions apply to all classes, workshops, and services offered by Fit Body Studio ("the Studio").
• The Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via email or the Studio’s website.
2. Registration and Payment
• All participants must register for classes through our online booking system. No cash payments are acepted.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Prices for classes, packages, and memberships are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full class fee being charged.
• Refunds are not provided for unused classes or memberships.
4. Health and Safety
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in Reformer Pilates classes. Please consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure.
• You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to the class.
• Proper attire, including grip socks, is required for safety and hygiene.
• The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry to any client deemed unfit to participate for safety reasons.
• Participants agree to follow any COVID-19 or other health-related safety protocols as advised by the Studio.
5. Class Etiquette
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session.
• Wear appropriate workout attire and non-slip socks.
• Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during class.
6. Memberships and Packages
• Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and must be used within their specified validity period.
• Membership freezes or extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, with appropriate documentation.
7. Personal Belongings
• The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please ensure your items are stored securely.
8. Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected during registration is used solely for managing your participation and communicating Studio updates.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
9. Studio Rights
• The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these terms or behaves inappropriately toward staff or other participants.
• Classes may be changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If the Studio cancels a class, participants will be offered the option to transfer their booking to another date or time.
• The Studio is not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.
10. Photography / Media Consent
• By participating in Studio classes, you consent to the possible use of photographs or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the instructor.
11. Age Restrictions / Minors
• Participants under the age of 16 must have parental or guardian consent to attend classes. The responsible adult assumes liability for the minor's participation.
12. Online/Digital Classes
• If participating in online classes, you are responsible for providing a safe environment and equipment. The Studio is not liable for injuries or issues arising from home workouts.
13. Liability Waiver
• By participating in Reformer Pilates classes at Fit Body Studio, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks.
• You agree to participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries, health conditions, or damages that may occur.
• Fit Body Studio, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damage to personal property incurred on the premises or during classes.
• You release and discharge the Studio and its instructors from any claims, liabilities, demands, or legal actions arising from your participation.
14. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from participation in Studio classes will be governed by local laws and, where possible, resolved amicably through discussion or mediation.

1 There are to be no more than 5 students in a group pilates reformer classes and no more than 10 people in a mat pilates/ yoga classes.
2 Students must remove their shoes before entering the studio and store them in the shoe rack provided.
3 Coats must be hung up on the appropriate pegs provided. Bags must also be hung up on the pegs and not left on the floor.
4 No food is allowed in the studio.
5 Water is allowed in the studio in a sealed water bottle only. No plastic cups are allowed. This is to minimize spillages.
6. The first aid kit is stored in the toilet's cupboard. The accident log is kept next to it.
7 Mats are to be put away and stored in the corner of the rooms after each exercise class.
8 No student must touch any of the Reformer machines without prior consent of the instructor.
9 The mirrors are safety backed and fitted with metal screws into the wall and checked weekly.
10 Suitable clothes to be worn to attend group classes. Leggings, jogging bottoms, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, and leotards are all acceptable forms of fitness clothing. We recommend grippy socks to be worn, for safety and cleanliness.
11 Long hair to be tied up and any loose jewelry this is to avoid getting caught up in the machine.
12 No smoking is allowed on the premises.
13 All exercise machines and springs are to be checked regularly to ensure screws and fittings are in good working order and secure. Check and keep safe the manufacturer's guidelines for using and maintenance of equipment.
14 Small equipment is to be stored in the corner of the room along the back wall when not in use.
15 Beds and boxes should be sanitized and cleaned after use.
Once any risks have been identified then you can evaluate those risks and who may be potentially harmed. An action plan may then be drawn up to help prevent these risks from occurring. Your report should be logged and then the action plan put into place. The policy should be reviewed regularly and updated if necessary. Ensure you know how to complete an accident report book.
